Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken 😋

Ingredients:

  • 2 large chicken breasts (halved to make 4 thin fillets)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Chicken

    • Season chicken fillets with salt, black pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Sear the Chicken

    • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
    • Add chicken and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  3. Make the Sauce

    • In the same pan, melt butter and add minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
    • Pour in chicken broth, followed by heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Stir well.
    • Let it simmer for 3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  4. Combine & Finish Cooking

    • Return the chicken to the pan, coat with the sauce, and let it simmer for another 5 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked.
    • Add lemon juice and mix.
  5. Serve & Enjoy

    • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with pasta, mashed potatoes, or garlic bread.
